MP (Multi Package) & MP-E Packaging
We supply coin cells in different packagings. Our space-saving multifunction packaging is especially efficient and economical. The box has a safety strap. It can be easily torn open. The back side of every MP card contains the bar code, and each blister pack bears the expiration date. The blister packs have perforations so they can be easily separated. The special tear-corner makes it easy to remove the battery.
SP – Single Blister
We have single blister packs specially tailored to the requirements of watchmakers. Each battery is individually packed and is located in a small carton which holds a total of ten single blister packs. In turn, a large carton contains ten small cartons.
CU (Card Unit): Individually Packed Coin Cells in Blister Cards
Blister card packages are available as replacements for retail trade. One coin cell is provided in one card. The card is located in a small carton which holds a total of ten cards. In turn, a large carton contains ten small cartons.
SC - Secured Card
In 2015 we introduced child - proof packaging for our CR-lithium batteries. It can only be opened with scissors. The warning note "Keep away from children" is printed on both the front and also on the back side, as well as on the battery itself. Our child-proof packaging is certified according to EN 862.
ZA - Zinc-Air Batteries
One blister - pack contains six batteries for hearing aids. The battery air holes are initially sealed off with a cover foil to prevent discharge. The battery is activated by removing the cover foil and begins to deliver current a few seconds after removing the foil. In the activated state zinc - air batteries have limited storage life and should be used as soon as possible.
IB (Industrial Bulk): Industrial Multicell Plastic Pack
Industrial multicell bulk packs are available for OEM manufacturers. The number of cells per stack, like the number of stacks per shrink unit, depends on the particular model.
TR - Tape & Reel Packaging
Tape & Reel packaging is ideal for high - speed, automated production lines.
The number of battery holders per reel depends on the particular model.
